Welcome to Tenturi Lodge, where adventure, family, and simplicity come together on the shores of Lake Tarjanne.

For years, this island was our summer refuge—a place to recharge and reconnect while living in Zürich. Its serene beauty and timeless charm inspired countless adventures and quiet reflections, and when we started our family, we knew it was the perfect place to call home.

Janne spent all his summers on Lake Tarjanne, fishing its waters and exploring its hidden treasures. With its clean, expansive waters and untouched natural surroundings, the lake has shaped our lives and continues to offer boundless opportunities for exploration, fishing, and relaxation. Lea, a former teacher in Switzerland, found her passion in baking, creating a home bakery that has become a favorite among locals and visitors. Together, we’ve embraced a lifestyle deeply connected to nature, rooted in simplicity and sustainability.

Tenturi Lodge is a reflection of that way of life. Whether you’re paddling across the calm lake, foraging for mushrooms in the woods, relaxing in a hammock with a book, or enjoying a sauna after a day of fishing, each moment here offers a chance to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. The clean waters of Lake Tarjanne and the idyllic island setting provide the perfect backdrop for slowing down and rediscovering the essentials.

Though we don’t live on the island year-round, our nearby farm allows us to bring a farm-to-table experience to the lodge. Freshly baked bread, seasonal produce, and locally caught fish are all part of the meals we prepare for our guests, offering a true taste of this region.
